Daniel, do you really have to make nearly all pictures move slowly (I guess there is a technical expression for that but I have no idea what it is...)? This only makes me queasy as I keep thinking something is wrong with my eyes. And my attention span is not that short that I cannot bear to look at something static for more than 3 sec or so. For me, these moving things are only a very irritating mannerism... Sorry! Otherwise a great video as always!

This constant background music is so annoying. It’s like listening to someone talk over the radio. What happened to inserting music just for effect so people can actually hear the message?

Next week I’m moving into a 250sqft studio that genuinely comes with a single drawer and one cupboard for storage. The rest is all integrated appliances that just look like cabinetry on the outside. This video gave me tangible hope that i can get by with such small storage space

I think we also have to remeber that people in, for example, Europe, don’t really have good alternatives, as Amazon items are not that cheap here and shipping prices are sometimes absurd.

I ordered the Adde $12 chair, I like the way it looks. As a 120lb woman, I will let you know how it holds up. 😂 I also ordered the match$5 stool as a side table since it is small and minimal looking, okay also cheap. 😊

Yellow label items are there to make the look a like worth the money for example Kullen chest of draws will sit next to malm chest of draws in store you will see and open a kullen an notice it has plastic runners instead of malm's metal with wheel runners.

The yellow label items are internally called BTI or breath taking item. The signage and colours signal the lowest everyday price, an anchor if you will, for different product categories throughout the store. It is usually merchandised in a way to draw you into the section to either pick up that item and or to explore that section further.

The opinions on Amazon don't mean anything, it might look beautiful but you really don't know what you're buying. At ikea they have to make the product good because most people will actually go and try the items in shop before buying

I don't buy from Costco or Amazon. As to IKEA always check the label and country of manufacture to be in the know on what you're buying. Sometimes it's not about the price after all.

I am not buying Amazon furniture or most of the random brand things in general on Amazon anymore. It's usually poor quality and at the end you feel ripped off compared to proper budget brand things like IKEA.

I think Wayfair would be far better comparison since they have much more selection than Amazon or Ikea. Idea for a future video?

Great advice for a single condo owner. I have 90% of these items but not always the best brands. I hand wash every thing and I also splurge on a Thermomix and an Air Fryer.

I wonder how ethically some of the Amazon items are created. The sellers of some of the cheapest items seem dubious, but I guess you get what you pay for. Ikea, while not perfect either, at least gives you the peace of mind that you can buy some of the cheapest items without compromising your morality

There are some great IKEA items for cheap, but if you look at enough charity shops and second hand markets you can often get far nicer designs for much less

On the subject of digital scales, I found one that can be used as a chopping board too, with a 15 kg capacity- so you can use it to weight packages for sending … doesn’t go in the dishwasher though 🥹

I see two contradictions in this challenge because you're doing it in a large space with large space use logic: - small kitchen means a small two burners electric stove, and you won't be able to place two large size pans side by side to cook the meal and boil the pasta at the same time - few dishes doesn't work well with a dishwasher. You won't be able to fill your dishwasher fast enough to wash your pans for the next meal prep

The oven storage part is lit!

One great thing about Murphy beds is that they can be combined with so many other pieces of furniture: desks, sofas, dining tables, bookcases, etc. In my studio ADU, I put a Murphy bed/sofa combo (similar to the one in your video, but smaller) because it was the only way to fit both a sofa and a bed in the space. As far as storage in the toe kicks, be careful. My designer says she used to install that for her clients, but she now highly recommends not getting it because they scratch the floors as they slide in and out. She said every one of her clients who got toe kick storage complained about scratched floors.

And what about the freezer ?

Man, I am against maximalism, but that minimalistic house looks like the DESERT, except from that water stream lol!
